We currently collect and process the following information:

Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (name, address, d.o.b., next of kin and contact details)

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons

  • You are an employee, volunteer or Trustee
  • You are a client (Warrior) or family of a Warrior being supported by the Trust
  • You are a Supplier or contractor
  • You are a fundraiser
  • You are an organisation supporting the Trust
  • You are a member of our Social Media accounts

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • You are referred to the Trust from a 3rd party
  • References from previous employers

We use the information that you have given us in order to

  • Tailor services and support to meet your needs
  • Design our services and support
  • Pay salaries
  • Check eligibility to work

We may share this information with organisations we work closely with in delivering services and support including NHS, MacMillan, Join the Dots, Mobility suppliers, therapists and counsellors.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in locked filing cabinets in our head office at 26-28 High Street, Spennymoor, electronically on our shared drive with access permitted to authorised personnel only.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
