Support Hub
Our Hub of Hope & Wellness is a welcoming support space for warriors and the wider community. We provide a safe, friendly environment where people can connect, relax, and take part in a variety of activities to support physical and emotional health.
Open to Everyone
We welcome the public to join us for our community sessions, which include relaxed coffee mornings, lunch clubs, craft workshops, and fun social activities like quizzes and bingo. The wider community can also book a variety of holistic treatments—including relaxation sessions, yoga, reiki, crystal therapy, and sound baths—all delivered within a supportive, understanding environment.
Warrior-Only Services
To create a safe and dedicated space for those on their personal journeys, we offer exclusive services just for warriors. These include private therapy sessions, wig fitting by appointment, and specialized beauty treatments. Warrior services can be booked directly via our Warrior Support Team.

Hub Hire
We also have space available for hire. The main Hub area and kitchen are suitable for one-off events or ongoing community sessions.
Additionally, our wellness rooms can be rented on a full or half-day basis, making them ideal for therapy practitioners looking for a calm and supportive environment.
